Additionally, we recommend that you do not share your password with anyone. You are responsible for keeping your password and DSE account information secret.5.4Remember to log out or close your session (sign out, log out) from your course and close your browser each time you finish using your computer. When we need your consent for these purposes, we will not send you promotional information unless you have authorized us to do so, or you have participated in an independent activity that allows us to send you promotional information to your email.8.4We recognize the privacy interests of children and encourage parents, guardians, legal representatives, and tutors to play an active role in their children’s online activities and interests. At any time, parents can revoke the consent that allows us to collect more personal information from their children in connection with a user account or particular services managed by the Company. Likewise, they can request that we delete from our records the personal information we have collected in relation to the account associated with the Course. Please note that a request to delete data records may result in the termination of an account, license to use, or other service managed by the Company.8.5In any notification to the Company, such as email or postal mail, please include the child’s username and the parents’ email address and telephone number. To protect the privacy and security of children, we will take reasonable steps to verify the identity of parents, guardians, and/or legal representatives before granting access to any personal information.9.
